The Artist Development is a process. Basically in 8 Steps yet it can be move. Artist development in the music industry is pretty non-existent today, leaving the early progress to the artist themselves. The days are pretty much gone when a record label is gonna swoop you up and develops you, while many new artist don't like the ideal of being made into something they deep down don't want anyway - to be told what and when to do something.
